Shipping & Returns
Our kiln-fired stoneware is dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe. Avoid sudden temperature shocks, such as transferring a cold plate directly to a hot oven.
We pack every order with biodegradable materials to ensure safe transit. If your ceramics arrive damaged, we will replace them immediately at no cost.
We offer a simple 10-day return policy on all unused, original-condition Items. Contact us to initiate a return or exchange.
To remove grey metal marks left by flatware, gently scrub the matte glaze with a mild abrasive powder and a damp sponge.
